ONMM 2 Residency Application Requirements

A curriculum vitae (CV), including volunteer/community involvement and organizations/affiliations.
3 LORs from physicians or faculty who have directly supervised your clinical performance - Required:  1 LOR from Program Director; 1 LOR from OMM Provider. 

Personal statement that addresses the following questions:

    • Your interest in OMM
    • Why Maine?
    • What knowledge/experience have you acquired that might assist you while on rotations and working with diverse populations?
    • What unique attributes would you bring to our Plus One residency?
    • What is your vision of yourself as a physician in 5-10 years?

Our deadline for receipt of all materials is November 1st. We will review the applications upon receipt and contact competitive candidates to schedule personal interviews which are required for application to our program. Our interview season begins in mid-October and runs through mid-January. Offers will be made by February 1st.
