The practice supports an on-site bone density scan machine to screen patients for bone loss. The practice also offers the services of a dietitian-certified diabetic educator who counsels individuals on improving their health status through diet management, addressing such problems as diabetes, high cholesterol and obesity. Family Health Care Asssociates also offers special services, such as osteopathic manipulation and intrauterine device insertion.
