Minot Avenue Family Medicine's team consists of a combination of skilled providers, practice manager, clinical coordinator, clerical coordinator and the clinical and clerical staff, who work together to provide care for patients of all ages including newborns and seniors.
Care providers perform routine physicals and gynecological exams, offer preventative care, and manage acute and chronic diseases. They are also trained to do and minor office surgical procedures. Osteopathic manipulations are available at Minot Avenue Family Medicine.
Community Involvement:. CMMC's Minot Avenue Family Medicine participates in the annual March of Dimes March for Babies with an office team and also participates in the annual American Heart Association walk-a-thon with an office team. CMMC's Minot Avenue Family Medicine participates with the Raising Readers program offering books to children until their 5th birthday. Minot Avenue Family Medicine also partners with GoodShepard Food Bank for the Hunger Vital Signs Program
