Turner Physical Therapy Services

Our therapy team is dedicated to providing individualized care plans for optimal outcomes for each patient. We will work closely with your physician and other healthcare providers to coordinate your care and provide a team approach to your rehabilitation program.

Rehabilitation includes the evaluation and treatment of injuries and disabilities, as well as education about preventing injury. We provide education to our patients' family members and/or caregivers. We also design customized home exercise programs.

Physical therapy services include:
