Officer of Central Maine Healthcare
Allen Stefanek serves as Regional Chief Executive Officer for Prime Healthcare, providing strategic and operational oversight across multiple hospitals within the region. He also currently serves in interim leadership roles at Central Maine Healthcare, including Central Maine Medical Center, Bridgton Hospital, and Rumford Hospital.
Allen brings extensive healthcare leadership experience and a longstanding history with Prime Healthcare. He previously served as Chief Executive Officer of West Anaheim Medical Center and La Palma Intercommunity Hospital, where he led hospital operations, advanced clinical quality and patient safety, and guided his teams through the COVID-19 pandemic and accreditation surveys.
Earlier in his career, Allen served as Vice President of Operations for Prime Healthcare and held the role of Vice President and Chief Financial Officer/Chief Operations Officer at Advanced Medical Management, Inc., overseeing operations for a large healthcare management organization serving more than 100,000 capitated HMO enrollees.
Allen earned a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Pittsburgh and a Master of Business Administration from Pepperdine University’s Graduate School of Business.
