
Marlon Margarejo, MSN, RN, is the chief nursing officer of Central Maine Healthcare.
Marlon brings more than a decade of progressive healthcare leadership experience spanning value-based care, acute care operations, and nursing administration. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Clinical Operations at Cano Health in Miami, where he oversaw care management, quality, home-based services, rehabilitation programs, and multidisciplinary clinical teams serving more than 50,000 members across more than 60 medical centers. He previously served as Associate Chief Nursing Officer at HCA Florida Kendall Hospital, providing executive oversight for critical care, trauma and burn, women’s services, pediatrics, and telemetry. Throughout his career, Marlon has led measurable improvements in clinical quality, patient safety, operational efficiency, care transitions, and nurse leadership development. He earned his Master of Science in Nursing, Health Care Administration, from South University and his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Miami Dade College.
