Central Maine Healthcare is pleased to announce new nursing leadership roles at both Rumford Hospital and Bridgton Hospital.
Melissa Pelletier, BSN, RN, has been promoted to the role of director of nursing at Rumford Hospital. Melissa has been with Central Maine Healthcare for 16 years. Before taking on this role, she was nurse leader of perioperative services for both Bridgton Hospital and Rumford Hospital.
Erika Boucher, BSN, RN, is now the director of nursing at Bridgton Hospital. Previously, Erika was a nurse leader in the ED and in May became interim nurse leader of the inpatient unit. She has been with Central Maine Healthcare for 20 years.
“I am proud and excited to celebrate the promotions of both Erika and Melissa,” said Stephany Jacques, RN, BSN, president of Bridgton Hospital and Rumford Hospital. “It is especially meaningful to see two talented individuals grow within our organization and step into a role where they can have an even greater impact.”
