MaineCare Application & Long-Term Care Application

Community MaineCare: As you may know, MaineCare is our state’s Medicaid program. If you’re living in the community, MaineCare can help you receive low-cost or free medical care and prescriptions.

Long-Term Care MaineCare: This is the state’s application for assistance with the cost of medical services for individuals in a nursing facility, residential care facility, or receiving/seeking in home nursing services.
