Rumford Hospital has kicked off its annual Giving Tree campaign.
Money raised from the Giving Tree will help the hospital purchase a new wound care stretcher.
Participants are encouraged to buy an ornament in honor or memory of a family member or loved one to support Rumford Hospital this holiday season. The Giving Tree is displayed in the lobby of Rumford Hospital.
“This is such a great annual tradition for the River Valley community,” said Stephany Jacques, president of Rumford Hospital. “It helps us provide equipment, such as a wound care stretcher, that directly benefits our patients. I hope everyone will consider buying one of these festive ornaments in this season of giving.”
The following options are available for those taking part in the Giving Tree program:
$10 for a silver ornament
$25 for a blue ornament
$50 for a red ornament
Ornaments can be purchased by visiting the Giving Tree website. cmhc.org/rumford-hospital/ways-to-give/rumford-giving-christmas-tree/
Participants can also pick up an order form in the hospital main lobby.
