The goal of the health services program is to work with employers to bring preventive and direct healthcare services to the workplace. Swift River Occupational Health Services include preventive services, periodic screenings, drug and alcohol testing, and injury case management.

Injury Management/Case Management Services
The goal of Swift River Occupational Health Services’ injury management program is to provide:
- Medical treatment of injured workers
- Timely return-to-work
- Reduced disability through a decrease in lost workdays
- Assisting team members with returning to a suitable job while avoiding further injury
- Referral for specialist consultations
- Case management services designed to assess appropriateness, effectiveness and efficiency of occupational health treatment plans
- Physical therapy/occupational therapy services
- Timely and effective communication between occupational health providers, physical therapists, consulting specialists, and team members
- Worksite evaluations.
