- Occupational Therapy to promote independence by improving patients’ ability to carry out activities of daily living and to restoreprior level of function.
- Psychosocial Support to supply supportive counseling and social services for patients and families.
- Physical Therapy to restore strength, endurance, and mobility; to relieve pain; and to improve movement and function to maximize safety.
- Respiratory Therapy to help manage symptoms of breathing problems (asthma, emphysema, etc.).
- Speech Therapy to help patients regain or improve speech and communication to manage swallowing problems.
- Comfort Care to support terminally ill patients and their families.
- Home Safety Evaluation to ensure that patients are returning home to a safe environment.
