During this time of uncertainty, we want you to know that Central Maine Healthcare is here for you and we have multiple options to bring you the care you need safely.
Telehealth
Now available in all of our primary care and specialty care practices, you are able to conduct your healthcare visit over the phone from the comfort of your home. Additionally, we are currently rolling out televideo visits across our practices. Please check with your practice to see if televideo is available at that location. Available for both current and new CMH patients, Telehealth appointments are scheduled by calling your practice of choice and most appointments can be scheduled within 1-2 days of you requesting the appointment. Our Patient Service Representatives (PSR) will guide you through your options depending on the type of visit that is needed with your provider, whether it is a phone, video or in-person visit. The Telehealth visits are the same cost as an office visit and covered by all in-network insurance providers.
Virtual Visits
Maine Urgent Care, located in Lewiston and Topsham, is now offering virtual visits 9 a.m. – 7 p.m. daily. The video visits allow you to see a provider for minor illness or injury without leaving your home. To schedule a virtual visit, go to www.maineurgentcare.com and choose to reserve your space in line for a virtual visit. Providers at both urgent care locations—Topsham and Lewiston—will provide the new service, and instructions online will guide you through the process.

In-Person Appointments
Sometimes your care requires an office visit. Please know we are still here for you and can see patients in the office for concerns that cannot be addressed over the phone or virtually.
